By creating a GupTik account, installing the app, or running a GupTik node, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GupTik.
GupTik is a local-first home-server suite from MyQRMart: desktop node, mobile remote, vault, private messaging, media, optional Home Control, and professional Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp Business tools. The control plane is guptik.com. Your content plane is the node you run.
You may run the user server on a PC, NAS, Hostinger, a VPS, cloud you rent, or any machine you control. You are responsible for that host: backups, access, encryption, and uptime. MyQRMart does not operate customer nodes and does not host your inbox on Amazon AWS or Google Cloud.
You must use a real email you control. Same-email login pairs phone and desktop. Keep credentials private. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe the account is compromised.
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business, you must have the right to manage those assets. You must follow Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business terms. GupTik calls Graph on your behalf using tokens stored on your GupTik account. Inbox copies stay on your node. Disconnect anytime in Profile → Facebook / Instagram.
The same rule applies to AI providers, Google Sign-In, and any other service you enable: their terms apply to that connection.
We may suspend an account that puts the Meta app, other users, or our systems at risk.
Physical devices are sold separately, with warranty terms shown at purchase. Use them only on hardware you own or are authorized to control.
GupTik is in active development. Features, platforms, and availability can change. Desktop and Android are the current clients; other platforms listed on /download ship when ready.
GupTik, the GupTik mark, and the apps are MyQRMart. You keep rights to content you create. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the control plane (account, tokens, device directory).
GupTik is provided “as is.” Because CRM and files live on your node, you are responsible for backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyQRMart is not liable for lost node data, Meta policy enforcement against your Page or WABA, or downtime of a host you chose.
We may update these terms. Continued use after the date above is updated constitutes acceptance. If you cannot accept a change, stop using GupTik and request account deletion.
